BCPWAS (BC Persons with AIDS Society) is the first BC charity to publicly endorse the BCACG’s request to City Council. The BCACG has asked City Council to refuse to look at the BC government’s application to expand gaming in Vancouver until Minister Rich Coleman gives to charities the fraction of gaming revenues that they are legally owed. Please see the PWAS letter below or download the pdf here. Many other organizations are officially joining the fight to get Minister Coleman and the BC Liberals government to come to the table and negotiate fairly with BC’s crucial charities and non-profits. Ask yours to do the same! Also remember to sign the petition too.
