Gaming Branch Phone Number update

Joanna White, Executive Director of the Community Gaming Branch has advised that, as a result of a telephone system upgrade, the generic phone number has been disconnected. This is the number that is referenced in the Notices of Grant/Denial. Please call 250.356.1081 to reach the Duty Analyst at the Community Gaming Branch. The Gaming Website has been updated to include this new number. The phone lines are being fixed but there is no time line for when that will be rectified.
