EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Volunteer Futures & BCACG Symposium on September 26 & 27 was a jam-packed event with an inspiring keynote, practical workshops and relevant sessions with plenty of opportunities to network with colleagues from across BC.

We had 15 speakers and 11 sessions to choose from. Topics from an introduction to Worksafe BC to a panel with the Community Gaming Grant Branch who shared recent trends, tips, and tricks.

Keynote – David Gouthro presented an interactive and humorous presentation on the Courage to Lead – we all have the skills to lead regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in!

Another fun-filled session was with cat-lover Liza Dryer – Tech Tools to Train, Engage and Inspire Volunteers!
