Notice of Annual General Meeting To BCACG Members

Friday, October 3, 2025

12:45 pm – 1:05 pm
River Rock Casino & Resort
Whistler Ballroom
Richmond BC

Dear BC Association for Charitable Gaming Members and Friends,

I write to invite you to BCACG’s Annual General Meeting, which will take place on the second day of our annual conference, Impactify BC, October 2 & 3 in Richmond, B.C.

Friends of BCACG are welcome to attend the AGM; only members in good standing as of noon October 3 will carry a vote – one vote per organization.

We encourage you to register to join our annual conference and join our AGM while you enjoy lunch between the stimulating sessions and workshops we have lined up.

The two-day conference provides a terrific opportunity to network and share experiences with others working in the same sector as you are around the province. There will be information and news on the Community Gaming Grant and the Capital Project Grant from the Gaming Branch team, learn how to improve your Gaming Grant application, and participate in one-on-one consultations and ask your questions about your annual grants.

Members can register for the conference at the member rate. Registration fee includes all sessions, breakfast, and lunch, and a networking social at 5 pm to mingle with fellow non-profit leaders and government representatives. Details on the conference can be found on the  Impactify BC event page. Use the member’s promo code to register at the member rate. If you do not have the promo code, please email info@bcacg.com.

We look forward to seeing you at our AGM and the conference.

If you’d like to join us just for the AGM, please RSVP by Tuesday, October 1 at info@bcacg.com. There is no registration fee required to attend the AGM.

Yours sincerely,

Kelina Kwan, Executive Director
BC Association for Charitable Gaming
