BC Gaming Grant Application Form Alert

Forms can time out on Gaming Grant application

Be aware that forms can time out. After you login with your BCeID credentials, the application form will stay active for 10 hours, then it will time out. The save draft and submit buttons will not work after it times out. There is no warning or visual indicator on the screen. If you are timed out, you won’t be able to save or submit, and an error message will appear.

How to avoid your form timing out

To avoid timing out, save your draft regularly, and log out of the application when you need to stop working on it. To avoid losing your work in a time-out, work on long documents offline. For example, save program descriptions in Word and copy and paste it into the application form
when you are online.

If you are timed out and having trouble getting to the log-in screen, try clearing your cache, opening Google Chrome in incognito mode, or restarting your computer.

Other Gaming Grant application tips

Documents must be sent at the same time as application now

You now must upload all documents before you submit your application. You can no longer submit documents after you submit the application.
